This is a very nice oil on board painting by renowned Australian Artist Dorothy Atkins (1914-1997).

It is a depiction (and is marked to the rear of frame) Annandale Corner Shop – Sydney.
The picture is gorgeous, and has a lovely particularly the lattice of the buildings.

It is framed, and signed lower right.
The frame dimension is 33x28cm, there are some minor marks to frame (as pictured)
